Rhinoplasty
Refine the shape, size, and proportion of the nose — and, where needed, improve how well you breathe through it.

Rhinoplasty, Planned in Three Dimensions
The nose sits at the centre of the face, so rhinoplasty is as much about facial harmony as about the nose itself.
Our surgeons plan every rhinoplasty against your whole face — brow, chin, and profile — rather than treating the nose in isolation. Structural techniques preserve or rebuild support so the result is stable over decades, and where breathing is affected we address the septum and airway at the same time. Adoreal’s 3D visualisation lets you see and discuss the proposed profile before surgery.
FOR YOUR RHINOPLASTY?
Why Choose N1 Plastic Surgery
Adoreal 3D Preview:
Before anything is scheduled, Adoreal’s 3D visualisation lets you see a simulation of your rhinoplasty result from every angle — so the decision is yours, made with clarity.
Minimally Invasive Approach:
Our surgeons use refined, tissue-sparing techniques for rhinoplasty, placing incisions discreetly and keeping recovery as short and comfortable as possible.
Customised Treatment Plans:
Every body is different. Using Adoreal’s Silhouette feature, we shape a plan around your proportions, your lifestyle, and the result you actually want — never a template.
Comprehensive Aftercare:
Your safety comes first. Adoreal’s post-procedure health tracking keeps our team beside you through every stage of healing, with direct access whenever you need us.

Procedure Benefits
Facial Harmony: The nose is planned in proportion to your features, not to a template.
Better Breathing: Functional correction of the septum or valves can be combined with aesthetic refinement.
Structural Longevity: Support is preserved or reconstructed so the result holds over time.
Preview Before You Commit: Adoreal 3D imaging makes the conversation concrete rather than abstract.
Closed or Open Approach: Technique chosen to suit your anatomy and the changes required.
What to Expect During Your Rhinoplasty Journey
01
Comprehensive Consultation & 3D Simulation
We start by listening. Your surgeon assesses your anatomy and goals, then uses Adoreal’s 3D technology to simulate your rhinoplasty result before any commitment is made.
02
Tailored Surgical Plan
We agree the specific changes — dorsum, tip, width, projection — and whether functional airway work is needed alongside them.
03
Your Procedure Day
Rhinoplasty is performed under general anaesthetic, usually as a day case or with one overnight stay.
04
Recovery & Ongoing Support
Bruising and swelling settle over two to three weeks. The tip refines gradually, with the final shape at around 12 months.

Recovery After Rhinoplasty
Initial Recovery: While you may experience swelling, bruising, and mild discomfort in the first few days following surgery, these side effects are temporary. Most patients are able to return to light activities within 1–2 weeks.
Final Results: Initial improvements are visible soon after surgery, but it can take several months for the swelling to fully subside. The nose continues to refine over the course of a year as tissues settle into place.
Scar Management: For closed rhinoplasty there are no visible external scars, as incisions are made inside the nose. For open rhinoplasty, the small incision between the nostrils typically heals well and fades over time.
Long-Lasting Results: The results of rhinoplasty are permanent, offering long-term improvements to both appearance and function.
Types of Rhinoplasty Procedures
We offer a variety of rhinoplasty techniques to meet each patient’s unique needs, ensuring the best possible outcome for both aesthetic and functional goals.
Closed Rhinoplasty: Ideal for patients requiring subtle changes, closed rhinoplasty involves making incisions inside the nose, leaving no visible scarring. Best suited for less complex reshaping, such as refining the bridge or tip.
Open Rhinoplasty: Used for more complex reshaping, including significant changes to the nasal structure. A small incision between the nostrils allows the surgeon better access; the resulting scar is minimal and well-concealed.
Revision Rhinoplasty: If you’ve had a previous nose surgery and are dissatisfied with the results, revision rhinoplasty can correct asymmetry, breathing problems, or cosmetic concerns.
Functional Rhinoplasty: For patients with breathing issues from structural problems such as a deviated septum, functional rhinoplasty or septoplasty improves airflow while enhancing the appearance of the nose.
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: For subtle changes without surgery, dermal fillers can temporarily reshape the nose, addressing minor bumps or asymmetry with no incisions or downtime.

Frequently Asked Questions About Rhinoplasty
How long until I look normal?
Most patients are socially comfortable at two to three weeks. Subtle swelling in the tip resolves over the following months.
Can breathing problems be fixed at the same time?
Yes — septoplasty and airway correction are routinely combined with aesthetic rhinoplasty in a single operation.
Will the result look natural?
Our approach is conservative and proportion-led. The goal is a nose that suits your face and does not announce itself.
What if I need a revision?
Revision rhinoplasty is occasionally needed. We discuss this openly at consultation, including how we would approach it.
Proportion, Not Transformation
Rhinoplasty is the most technically demanding procedure in facial surgery and the most rewarding when planned properly. Start with a consultation and a 3D preview.
